About

I'm Kris Gamez, your San Fernando Valley real estate agent.

Boutique-style service with the backing of Keller Williams. I work with buyers, sellers, and renters across the Valley and greater Los Angeles.

Real estate, the way it should be.

Most agents will tell you they're "different." I'd rather just show you. My job is to help you make a clear-headed decision on one of the biggest purchases of your life. That means honest pricing, fast communication, and zero pressure to move before you're ready.

I'm based in Encino at the Keller Williams Encino/Sherman Oaks office. The brokerage gives me access to the tools, training, and global referral network of one of the largest real estate companies in the world. The service style is mine.

Outside of work I'm exploring the Valley's lesser-known neighborhoods, keeping an eye on new listings, and constantly testing what makes a marketing plan actually move a home in this market.

What you can expect

How I actually work.

Same-day responses

Calls, texts, emails. If I can't talk in the moment, I'll let you know when I can. You won't be wondering where I am.

Pricing built on real comps

I'll show you exactly which sales I'm pricing off and why. No round numbers pulled from thin air.

Plain-English advice

Real estate jargon doesn't help you make a better decision. I'll translate the contracts, the disclosures, and the negotiation steps.

Marketing that works

Professional photography, strong copy, targeted exposure. I'll walk you through the plan before we list.

Negotiation on your side

Whether it's offer terms, repair credits, or contingency timing, I'll fight for the result, not the easy close.

A team behind me

Inspectors, lenders, escrow, contractors. I have a short list of people I trust, and I'll tell you why.
