These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in the text messaging program operated by Kris Gamez d/b/a KJG Realty ("we," "us," "our"). By providing your phone number on a Site form and checking the SMS opt-in box, you give your express written consent to receive recurring marketing and informational text messages from KJG Realty at the number you provided. Opt-in is not a condition of any purchase.
Program Terms
- We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at kris@kjgrealty.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Eligibility and consent
You must be at least 18 years old (or have parent/guardian consent) and the authorized account holder of the mobile number you provide. You represent that you have the right to consent to receive SMS messages at that number. If your number changes or is deactivated, you agree to notify us promptly to avoid messages going to a re-assigned number.
No third-party sharing for marketing
Data will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. This statement applies to all visitors and customers, in every state, including SMS subscriber data.
Changes to this program
We may modify or discontinue the SMS program at any time. Material changes will be communicated by SMS or posted to this page.
