I'm Kris Gamez, a Reseda-born real estate professional serving the San Fernando Valley and Greater Los Angeles. I grew up around construction, early mornings, job sites, and long workdays, so I learned young that discipline, communication, and follow-through are not optional.
I started KJG Realty to build a business around that standard. Whether you're renting, buying your first home, selling, or investing, my goal is to make the process clear, smooth, and handled with the same level of care every time.

I was born and raised in Reseda, and long before real estate I was working with my family in construction. School breaks, summer days, winter mornings, and long weekends were often spent around concrete, grading, forming, and job sites. That kind of work gives you a different standard. You learn to show up early, pay attention, communicate clearly, and finish the job even when it is uncomfortable.
Real estate gave me a way to take that work ethic and build something of my own. My family created the opportunity for me to have a better life, and I do not take that lightly. KJG exists because I want to build a business with my name on it, one that helps people make serious decisions with more confidence and gives my family something to be proud of.
I may be early in my career, but this is not a side project or a temporary job. This is what I study, build, and think about every day. The same discipline I carry from job sites, training, and endurance work is the discipline I bring to my clients: keep communicating, keep solving, keep showing up.
