Kris Gamez is a licensed California real estate salesperson (DRE #02341245) operating under Keller Williams Realty Encino-Sherman Oaks (DRE #02197031), 15910 Ventura Blvd, Suite 100, Encino, CA 91436.

- Information you give us — name, phone number, email address, mailing address, property address, budget range, timeline, and any notes you include in a contact form, email, text message, or phone call.
- Automatically collected information — IP address, device and browser type, referring URL, pages viewed, and time on site, collected through standard server logs and analytics tools (currently Google Analytics 4).
- Cookies — small files placed in your browser to remember preferences and measure traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries about buying, selling, leasing, or investing in real estate.
- To send you property matches, market updates, and follow-up communications you've requested.
- To confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify you of schedule updates or changes.
- To improve our Site and services.

4. Data sharing — what we do not do
Data will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. This statement applies to all visitors and customers, in every state.
We share information only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the Site and respond to you (for example, our hosting provider, email provider, customer-relationship-management software, and analytics provider). These vendors are contractually required to protect your information and may not use it for their own marketing.
We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or a regulatory body with jurisdiction over our license.
5. SMS / text messaging

Terms and Conditions — SMS Program
- We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at kris@kjgrealty.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

6. Email and phone
By submitting a Site form or contacting us, you consent to receive email and phone communications from KJG Realty in response to your inquiry and as part of any active client relationship. You may opt out of email by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of our emails or replying with "unsubscribe."
7. Analytics and cookies
The Site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic and engagement. Google may set cookies and process IP-derived information about your visit. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the official browser add-on.
8. Your rights
- Access, correction, deletion. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send your request to kris@kjgrealty.com.
- Opt out of marketing. Reply STOP to any text message to stop SMS. Click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop email.
- California residents. The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) gives California residents additional rights to know, delete, and limit the use of their personal information. 9. Data retention and security
We retain your information for as long as you are an active prospect or client and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal recordkeeping obligations (typically up to 5 years for transaction-related communications under California real estate law). We use commercially reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect your information.
10. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for at least 30 days.
